Kourtney Kardashian was ready to poosh.
The Kardashians star shared her birthing experience on the June 20 episode, revealing home video footage of her three-day labor process before she and Travis Barker welcomed their son Rocky Thirteen Barker last fall.
Kourtney started having contractions on Oct. 29, so she and her husband headed to the hospital around 8 p.m.
"It's my first natural birth I've experienced, the baby actually exiting out of the vagina," Travis noted. "I'm a little frightened."
As for Kourtney, she said she was "filled with excited, anxious energy," noting, "With everything that we've been through, to get to this place, it's crazy that tonight is when we're actually going to the hospital."
However, Rocky wasn't ready to make his appearance just yet. Though Kourtney was three centimeters dilated by 4 a.m. on Oct. 30, "nothing progressed" since then, according to the Poosh founder.
"I'm not in any pain," she told sister Khloe Kardashian over the phone while bouncing on a workout ball. "I don't know if his real birthday is supposed to be Halloween or today—that's why we're not sure if we should get it moving."
"You keep saying whatever's God's plan," Khloe responded. "But I think your dream, subconsciously, would be a Halloween baby. And if that happens, it happens. So, just let Mr. Halloween come on."
Kourtney and Travis decided to leave the hospital, get a bite to eat and go home to shower. "Then we have sex to get things going, see if that helps," Kourtney confessed. "That can help sometimes."
It was the next day, on Halloween, when they drove back to the medical center.
"We wake up and Travis tells me that he thinks today's the day," Kourtney shared, with the drummer adding, "We said it too much that he was going to be born on Halloween. Then his birthday is massive; people dress up all around the world."
At the hospital, Kourtney—who also shares Mason Disick, 14, Penelope Disick, 11, and Reign Disick, 9, with ex Scott Disick—got an epidural and had her water break at about 7:30 p.m.
Although everything was going smoothly, the reality star had one surprise in store: the arrival of her mom Kris Jenner.
"This was not the plan," Kourtney recalled in a confessional. "But my security comes into the room and says, ‘Your mom is pulling up any second.' And I was like, ‘My mom? She's not invited.'"
However, Travis eventually convinced Kourtney to let Kris join.
"Travis was like, ‘If my mom was alive, she would be here. Let your mom come,'" she remembered. "I'm so happy that my mom was here. It turned out to be really special. She's very comforting."
But Rocky kept the Kardashian-Barkers on their toes until the stroke of midnight.
"At 11:45 p.m., my doctor checks me and says, ‘It's time,'" Kourtney continued. "My whole body is shaking."
Meanwhile, Travis had put on Frank Sinatra music to play during the birth, and his song "That's Life" was coincidentally playing as Rocky arrived at midnight on Nov. 1.
"We were like, ‘What a perfect song.' The way that it all happened is just such a reminder that God's timing is everything," Kourtney shared. "It's everything I've ever dreamed of. Everything we've been through to get to this moment, it just feels so surreal."
Praising Travis as "the most supportive and amazing husband," she added, "I'm so happy in my blissful baby bubble and the love with Rocky."
Travis agreed it was "too good to be true," telling Kourtney it was "one of the best days of my life."
